This week my post is about making cordon bleu on the grill. I fire roasted them on the Big Green Egg for 35 minutes at 375f.

Now that is making me hungry- I have a brisket in the oven, or should I say 'cow', and the smell and this is driving my taste buds mad, yes I could be a mad cow, lol
