My son and I ate this at least once a week after having it downtown with marble pumpernickle when I home schooled him (part of his home economics training)... Time to make it again...
maybe sauteing onions at the same time?
I keep meaning to roast up a batch and have it in the fridge, so I'm ready for anything!
