I love the new template! I haven't been around this week but I'm trying to catch up now. The pulled pork looks so amazing. It was one of my fall goals to do a pulled pork, but I think it'll have to be a winter goal now!

I buy the biggest ones I can- usually two! I normally am not a fan of poking holes in meat, but injecting pork butt destined to be pulled pork- yes I do! I'm a "smoked half unwrapped/last half cooking wrapped" school of thought- which speeds up cooking time. I have also cut off some of "Mr. Brown" before wrapping, and saved for mixing with the pork when done. Great post packed with info!
