Joke- Lizard in Australia walking a forest path, looks up and sees a wombat in a tree..Asks him "Whatcha doin' up there mate?" "Smokin' a joint"..Lizard says "Can I come up and join you?" "Sure" says the wombat.. They are passing a huge joint back and forth for awhile.. Lizard says "I'm thirsty, goin' down to the river for a drink". He staggers down to the river, bends over to drink- and falls in! A croc comes cruising up and says "What are you doing in the river?" "I'm stoned, and fell in"..Croc says "Where did you get the weed?" Lizard tells him where the wombat is, and thinks he has more! Croc says, "I'm going to check this out, you stay here until your head clears a little". Croc finds the wombat, and says "What's goin on?" Wombat looks down, tries to focus eyeballs, and says "I'm really stoned". Finally sees this huge reptile, and says "Dude, How much friggin water did you drink?"!!!

Your roast looks incredibly good! I'm curious how much the Cajun Seasoning, especially the taste of Old Bay changes the taste...very intriguing!
