Oh! Delicious looking Hot Brown...and I actually had always wondered the story behind it...if you can believe that. I always thought it was a Hoosier Hotbrown, I guess because we used to have one on a menu a number of years back, but it was slightly different, so I suppose there-in lies the "Hoosier". Anyway, I'll stop running on at the mouth now. YUM!
