This has nothing to do with the P.F. Chang's lettuce wraps, other than the fact it has lettuce.....and you wrap it.

It uses a simple 3 in 1 marinade/glaze/dipping sauce for grilling chicken kebabs. Wanna know more?

Well check out my
Fire Day Friday post over at Our Krazy Kitchen.

I am going to be doing a recurring "column" there. I hope to inspire people to fire up their grills (without having to feel intimidated because they don't have a fancy grill or smoker).
I have a copy of Steve Raichlen's new book Planet Barbecue! and I am tremendously impressed by it. I can't wait to try a few of the recipes and post about them this weekend.
I've got to stop reading your blog! Every day a recipe I want to make and eat!! Today, on my blog, I posted about your veggie burgers...please accept my humble apologies for changing your recipe a bit...okay, quite a bit, but I thank you for the inspiration!! Hopefully my readers will pay you a visit so you can be thanked properly! xo, Nan
ReplyDeleteIf I'm at a table where I and others have ordered wraps -- I invariably wrap the worst. Bad wrapper, that's me.
ReplyDeleteMy problem is reading this stuff at 10 in the morning. Maybe I'll just go to PF Chang's for lunch.
ReplyDeleteTime for me to clean up the big smoker...
ReplyDeleteI am reporting you to the BGE high council, I saw where you said you are gonna give recipes that abandon your BGE. BTW, nice grub.
ReplyDeleteThat looks FANTASTIC!! Some day I need you to teach me how to take excellent food pics. Yours are always terrific! Great job!!
ReplyDeleteYou inspire me to ask my husband to fire up the grill almost everytime i visit your blog. Your grilled chicken on lettuce wraps-once again, has me turning to my husband to say " Did you see this?" "Can you make this?" Thanks Chris.
ReplyDeleteYour chicken kabobs look gorgeous. I could down one of those in one swallow.
ReplyDeleteGreat looking chicken wraps. Can't wait to start keeping up with the Fire day Fridays!
ReplyDeleteOh Nibble! Those kaboobs look incredible, no grill here in GA :(, but lots of fishing, and an all you can eat shrimp buffet last night, and I have to say "ahhh, its good to be so close to home"! My NYC friends are however in a new world, lol, hubby played the Deliverance song when we got to the house on the lake! LOL
ReplyDeleteThe kebobs look great
