Ribbed For My Pleasure

Clear blue skies, a cool fall breeze, and the smell of apple wood smoke wafting in the air made yesterday picture perfect.

St. Louis style trimmed spare ribs with a cherry bbq glaze. Mmmmm.

  6. Said it before, say it again...Spare ribs are the best value for grilling, Lots o meat and 1/3rd the price of Baby backs...

    But then you know that... these look GREAT

    I blended equal parts of a commercial sauce and bing cherry preserves with an immersion blender.
